Magic365 sign in: step by step
The Magic365 login is quick once you have an account. There is no login form on our site, and there never will be: we are an independent guide, so the buttons below send you to the operator's site, where you enter your details directly. That way your password only ever goes to Magic365.

- Click Log in in the top-right corner of the Magic365 site or app.
- Enter the e-mail or phone number you registered with and your password.
- Confirm. Your balance in C$ and the Promos tab appear in the header once you are in.

Magic365 sign up: create an account
Magic365 sign-up is a short form on the operator's site. When we checked on 22.10.2026 it asked for:
- Tap Sign up and choose registration by e-mail or by phone number.
- Create a password: long, unique and not used on any other site.
- Pick your account currency: choose C$ (CAD) to avoid conversion fees with Interac and cards.
- Confirm that you are of age: 19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Accept the terms and confirm your e-mail or phone if Magic365 asks for a code.
Use your real name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your ID. Magic365 checks them later during verification, and any mismatch is a common reason for delayed withdrawals. Magic365 password reset
Forgot your Magic365 password? The reset is self-service and takes a few minutes:
- Open the Magic365 login window through our link and choose Forgot password.
- Enter the e-mail or phone number on your account.
- Open the reset link or code that Magic365 sends you (check your spam folder).
- Set a new password you have not used elsewhere and log in with it.
If no e-mail arrives within a few minutes, check that you typed the address you registered with, then look in spam and promotions folders. Still nothing? Contact support through live chat and ask them to confirm which contact is linked to the account.
Can't log in? Common problems and fixes
Most Magic365 sign-in problems fall into one of these groups:

A blocked account is not always a penalty: after several wrong passwords, the system locks logins for a while to protect you. If the lock remains, support can lift it once you confirm your identity.
Account verification (KYC)
Verification (KYC) is the step where Magic365 confirms who you are before paying out. On Trustpilot, delays at this step are the most frequent complaint, so do it early rather than at your first withdrawal. Typical documents:
